What happens after the trial? Will we be charged?
No, you will not be automatically charged, nor do we require that any payment information be entered during the trial. If you decide to keep Helpmonks, simply go to your account panel and choose the plan that fits you best. All your account data remains intact and you can continue using Helpmonks as per your chosen plan.
What if we need more than 30-days to evaluate Helpmonks?
If you need more time before deciding, simply let us know and we will be happy to extend or re-activate your trial.
Are there any limitations during the trial?
You can test Helpmonks with all the features of the "Bliss" plan (our most popular plan). You can send and receive an unlimited number of emails and create as many users as you need. For trial accounts we do limit the number of CC addresses on outgoing emails. During the trial period you are limited to five shared inboxes but if you need additional shared inboxes to thoroughly test, contact us, we can increase the limit for you.
