Is there a free trial?

Yes, Helpmonks offers a 30 day free trial.

How does that price guarantee work?

Our price guarantee is a promise to you that we will not raise the price of your plan for at least three years from the time you activate your account. We will also not force upon you some kind of upgrade path or other shady tactics to upsell. We want you to be satisfied with us and are in it for the long run.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

We offer discounts for qualified non-profits and open-source projects. Non-profit organizations get up to 30% discount on any of our plans. Open-source projects receive our all-in-one team collaboration tools for free.

Can we really use Helpmonks with unlimited users?

Yes, Helpmonks can be used with unlimited users. Our pricing is not based on the number of users, so you can add as many team members as you need without worrying about additional costs.

Do I have to pay for additional users, like contractors or temporary workers?

No, you do not have to pay for additional users such as contractors or temporary workers. Our pricing model allows you to add as many users as you need without incurring extra costs, making it flexible for teams of all sizes.

Do you have monthly and yearly billing options?

We offer mainly monthly billing plans. If you wish to pay annually, you can do so by contacting our sales team. However, we do not offer any discounts for annual payments. We want to keep our pricing simple and transparent, so the price you see is the price you pay, regardless of the billing cycle you choose.

What are my payment options?

For monthly plans, we require a credit card for payment (all major credit cards are accepted). No checks, ACH, wire transfers, Paypal, or cryptocurrencies. The same applies for annual payments. With the exception that you have the option to pay via ACH or wire transfer.

What happens when I change plans?

With our subscription plan service you are free to upgrade and downgrade your plan at any time. When changing plans the initial invoice is prorated crediting you with any unused time on your current plan. Invoices are always available for download from your account page.

How do I cancel my paid plan?

You can cancel your plan at any time from the account page.
