What is a mailbox?

A mailbox corresponds to a shared email address, i.e. support@domain.com, sales@domain.com. Each mailbox is only $9/month.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards from all countries.

What happens after my trial?

If you choose to keep Helpmonks, simply switch to the paid plan within your account. However, if you hit the end of your trial without choosing to pay, your account will be put on hold or you can keep using the free plan.

What if I’m still not decided after the trial period is over?

Email us at sales@helpmonks.com we are more than happy to extend your trial.

Can I change the amount of mailboxes?

Yes, you can change the amount of mailboxes any time within your account. There are no additional charges and we do automatically pro-rate your account, i.e. you never pay more than you actually use!

Is this a long-term contract?

No, there is no contract for the monthly plans. You can cancel any time.

Do you have a discount for open source projects and non-profit organizations?
