Helpmonks Secure Data

Your data and security

The security of your data is one of our top priorities at Helpmonks. We are mindful of data storage and what we display within our application, ensuring nobody has access to your data.

Our infrastructure is hosted by different providers, namely Amazon, DigitalOcean and Linode. In addition, all connections to these data centers are done over secure protocols and access is limited to private IP addresses. All of our data storage and management services are inaccessible from outside of our infrastructure. Securing Helpmonks' data and infrastructure is a top priority in our system architecture, and our software development practices.

Application security

All access to any of our applications is encrypted over SSL. This is the same security used by financial institutions.

Within our data center we encrypt any passwords and sensitive information, e.g. SMTP or IMAP credentials. With hashed and encrypted, not even the Helpmonks team can read your password or other information.

Furthermore, access to the core database is only provided to two Helpmonks team members. We do not provide access to your data to anyone else, nor scan your data for advertisement or reselling. Moreover, your data can only be accessed over private IP addresses and with the correct secure keys in place.

Email security

We do host our own email servers which are only accessible over TLS. Also, email sending is done over TLS (where available).

We do not scan or read any emails for advertisement or reselling purposes.

Provider security

We use Amazon, DigitalOcean and Linode as our data center providers. All these providers have great track records for security.

Our use multiple data centers ensures our application is both secure and robust with built-in failovers, so we can give our users a safe and robust experience while working with the Helpmonks application.

If you feel you've found a security issue with Helpmonks pleasecontact us. We're intent on maintaining the safest and most secure environment for your data. Please note, we do not maintain a bounty program nor offer any incentives.
