How we protect your data and our infrastructure.

Your data and security

Needless to say, your data and security is one of the top priorities at Helpmonks. We are mindful of every aspect of our application and only provide access to your data if required.

Our infrastructure is hosted on different providers, namely Amazon, DigitalOcean and Linode. In addition, all connections to these data centers are done over secure protocols and over private IP addresses. As such, many of our services are not publicly accessible.

Application security

Any access to any of our applications is encrypted over SSL. This is the same security that financial institutions use.

Within our data center we further encrypt any passwords or sensitive information, e.g. your password. As such not even the Helpmonks team can read your password or other information.

Furthermore, access to the core database is only provided to two Helpmonks team members. We do not provide access to your data to anyone else, or scan your data for advertisement or reselling. Moreover, your data can only be accessed over private IP addresses and with secure keys.

Email security

We do host our own email servers which are only accessible over TLS. Also, sending of emails is done over TLS (where available).

We do not scan or read any emails for advertisement or reselling purposes.

Provider security

We use Amazon, DigitalOcean and Linode as our data center providers. All these providers have great track records for security.
