Welcome to the first update in June. Here is what we just published:

New

• We’ve updated the screen for adding a new user. You can now add the password at the dame time (we add a random one by default). Also, we enhanced some behind-the-scenes triggers when adding a new user. Here is how this looks now:

• While we think our shortcuts are a great way to quickly navigate within Helpmonks and take action on messages, we fulfilled a customer request to have an option to disable all shortcuts. Hence, you will find a new option within your user profile settings to disable shortcuts.

• We’ve fixed an issue that didn’t update an existing user setting properly
• We’ve fixed an issue with attachments upon forwarding a message
• We’ve fixed an issue with adding new attachments upon forwarding a message
• We’ve fixed an issue with the shortcut for forwarding a message triggering multiple times
• We’ve fixed an issue with scheduling a reply with a custom date
• We’ve fixed an issue with drafts showing up again, despite the message already being sent
