Improved:

• We've changed some modal windows to not close automatically anymore when hitting the escape key or clicking on the background.
• Saved replies can now contain embedded content, e.g., YouTube iframe, etc.
• Customer Satisfaction: All ratings and comments show now as a note within your email thread

Fixed:

• We've fixed an issue with sending a saved reply with attachments from a workflow.
• We've fixed an issue with sending a saved reply that would contain an embedded iframe.
• Customer Satisfaction: We've fixed an issue with adding the survey to a reply.
