Helpmonks 3.0: Major performance improvements, new options, and of course fixes

For those customers with many mailboxes, or those customers with many emails that are just sitting there with an unread counter, we have some exciting news: We improved the performance by roughly 400%!

This means fast login, faster page switching (not that this is a big issue with Helpmonks 3.0, and faster loading overall for everyone.

Besides, real-time updates within the email list should now work properly, e.g., when an email comes in, gets assigned, changes the status, and so forth. You should now magically see it come in or being removed with updated counts.

Apart from that, your mailbox selection will now be remembered upon refresh. Additionally, we crushed some pesky bugs that prevented you from assigning emails to others or not being able to reply and assign to someone (except yourself).
