Your workflow just got powered up

We are extremely excited to bring another great update to our Helpmonks platform. This time to the already powerful workflow’s to handle your team email flow.

As of immediately, you can apply any workflow to any email, independent of the source of the email. Previously, workflow’s only applied to emails from customers. Now, you have the option to apply your workflow to customers only (just like before), to emails from subscribers only or to all emails.

As an example of the new workflow option, you could create a workflow to label all outgoing emails or even set a reminder for yourself on all replies to a certain segment of users. Another idea would be to automatically call your web service on any email that comes from a subscriber to update your CRM.

There are many more possibilities with the new workflow option and I’m sure you will make good use of this new feature.

In order to change your existing workflow’s you would have to edit them as we did not change the behavior of existing workflow’s.
