Create Github issues from any email with one click

One of the most useful benefits of a system like Helpmonks is that it combines customer requests or support enquiries in one central location for your whole team to collaborate upon.

With this in mind, we created a integration plugin for Github. With the plugin installed, you can create issues in Github with one single click from any email within Helpmonks. Helpmonks then displays a link to your Github issue in the right pane, where you can quickly jump to the issue page in Github.

The created Github issue will then have a link back to the email conversation in Helpmonks.

The Github plugin is available free of charge to all users of Helpmonks. More plugins will become available soon as this is one of our outlined goals for Helpmonks.
