I hope you are enjoying the outside a bit now that we got warm weather all over. We are definitely inspired by our recent new features. Without further ado:

Filter email list by a mailbox

You can now filter your emails in any list by your mailboxes. This is especially handy if you want to stay in a unified folder, but quickly want to see emails for a specific mailbox. You will find the mailbox filter in the top section of your messages.

Landing pages are here

Have you ever wanted to create a quick page to collect responses from a form or have a page so your customers can subscribe to your newsletters? If so, you will love the new landing page feature right within Helpmonks.

You can create as many landing pages as you like and collect quickly email addresses or responses to your form. We host the page for you and all landing pages are fully integrated into Helpmonks, i.e., you can send the email to your shared inbox, tag the subscriber, or add the email to your distribution lists.

We’ve tried to make this as straightforward as possible so you can get started immediately. Select from one of the four form designs, use our beautiful curated background images or upload your own, and set a theme color.

Here is how it looks. To see them for yourself, just go to the Global menu (click in the upper left corner) and select “Landing Pages”.
