New in Helpmonks: Public links and vCards for Contacts

We have some exciting news to share with you. You can now publicly share your email conversations and download contact information in vCard format. 


Share your email thread publicly.

Now, you can share your email conversations with anyone using a public link. The best part is that this is in addition to the internal link feature, which is exclusively for your team members.


When you share an email thread publicly, only the messages from the conversation will be visible, and your confidential information will remain safe and secure.


It's worth noting that whenever you decide to share an email thread publicly, we'll place a small notice above the messages to ensure that all members of your team are aware that their responses will be shared. 


You can find this new sharing option in the same location as the private link.


Contact information in vCard format.

To make sharing your contacts easier, we've added the option to download the contact information into a vCard. A vCard is a digital contact card understood by several 3rd-party applications like Outlook, Apple Contacts, etc.


The download option is available at the top of the Contact profile page.


We're excited to let you know that the above new features are now live and ready for you to use in your Helpmonks account. You can start exploring these fantastic additions immediately, as they are part of our latest product update that was rolled out on November 16th.
