Helpmonks - add many notes to emails, contacts, or companies

Multiple notes for contacts and companies

As of immediately, we enhanced the option to add a note to a contact or a company with being able to add multiple notes.

As previously, you can add a note directly on the contact page. However, new, older notes will be available in the notes overview, where you can edit or remove them. The most recent note will always be on top and shown to all your team members.

Of course, we also made this option available within the sidebar of any email thread, i.e., you can add a note to a contact or a company without any context switching.

That's it. It's short and sweet but very useful.

Stay tuned for a significant update to take your customer management to another level.
