Helpmonks Enhancements: User section and enhanced security

I am thrilled to share some updates about Helpmonks. Our team has worked tirelessly to improve your experience with Helpmonks and implement significant changes to enhance its performance.


As you may have noticed, Helpmonks got faster in the last few weeks as we have shaved off some of the data we store and re-factored how to retrieve it when needed. One major part of this was to reduce our dependency on some of the micro-services we were running (which caused our unfortunate outage last month).


Now that this is done, we are ready to share updates over the last few weeks. We decided to post short updates rather than lengthy posts, as we know how busy you are.


New in Helpmonks v3: Updated user listing and mailbox panel

We just released an enhanced user listing page with a much faster list and our advanced search engine (the same engine that powers the contacts and the file search within Helpmonks and in our Digital Asset Management System - Razuna).


Using the new search engine for users significantly improved the list performance, resulting in faster loading times, especially for customers with more than 50 team members.


Furthermore, we split the view between active and inactive users so that you don't need to deal with records that fill up the view and are irrelevant (at the moment, at least).


Helpmonks - profile section


Moreover, we've added a mailbox overview within the profile, so you see all the mailboxes that the user belongs to and, at the same time, add or remove a user from a mailbox. Doing so brings the user profile in line with the profile section of Helpmonks v2.


General security enhancements

Lastly, we enhanced our security measures to protect your data better. We understand the importance of keeping your information secure, and we've added additional layers of protection to ensure that you can trust us with your data.
