Today, we are excited to show you our newest email sequence enhancements, or as some call them, email drip campaigns. The enhanced email sequences are a rather significant enhancement to your Helpmonks account.

Email sequences have been around in Helpmonks for some time. They are great for creating a series of emails for abandoned carts or if someone signs up for your services. However, they needed a way to use them for follow-up emails. It was doable but required some fine-tuning.

With this new release, we overhauled email sequences, and you can now use them for any follow-up email.

Here is a short introduction video explaining how to use email sequences in your daily job.



To make it easier for you and your team to work with email sequences, we are now including the management of your email sequences within the mail section directly. From there, you can quickly add or edit any of your sequences and manage its subscribers.

You can apply your email sequence(s) to any of your emails or when you reply to a message. From here on, the email automation will take care of the rest for you. If the recipient responds, the sequence will automatically stop.

For your convenience, we now include any sent message within the email thread so you can see to which message you got a reply. If necessary, change the text of the email, and it will apply to current and future email sequences automatically. 

To further check your sequence’s effectiveness, go to the report section and see what happens with the real-time reports.

We have used email sequences successfully for our email campaigns for some time. However, adding email sequences for email follow-up opens a whole new level to help you with your sales and marketing.
