How to disable SPAM filter in Google Apps and/or Gmail

Depending on your configuration, you might want to disable the SPAM filter in your Google App / Gmail account. Doing so can be done with a “filter” in the settings.

Create a new filter and in the “Has the words” enter “is"spam”. Once done click on “continue” (ignore the warning and click on “OK”).

In the following screen, make sure to check the box that says “Never send it to Spam”. Then click on “Save Filter”.

From now on all emails will be forwarded to Helpmonks, independent of whether they are spam or not.
