Forwarding emails from your Microsoft365 / Office365 account to Helpmonks is quite easy. Simply follow the instructions on this article to get it done.
Before you configure forwarding, please note your Helpmonks unique email address.
FOR HELPMONKS VERSION 2:
Grab the mailbox email address by going to the Mailbox Settings > General > Forward & SMTP.
FOR HELPMONKS VERSION 3:
Grab the mailbox email address by going to the Mailbox Settings > General Settings.
- To Get Started, log in to your Office 365 account at www.office.com/signin 7.
- Then click Settings on top of the page. Under My App Settings, select Mail.
- On the next page, select Forwarding. Then, click on the radio button beside “start forwarding” and enter the email address to which you want to forward emails.
Note: If forwarding is not visible, this can mean that the option is not available for your account.
Important: You can check the box next to “keep a copy of forwarded messages” if you would like to save a copy on your Office 365 mailbox. However, if you keep a copy, please check your Office 365 account regularly to make sure that you haven’t exceeded the mailbox size limit. If the limit is reached, new messages may not be forwarded.
- Once done, click Save and send a test email to check. Once the email arrives, your team is now all set to handle emails in Helpmonks.
