We just pushed an update to our [Helpmonks](https://helpmonks.com/) servers that supports parsing of winmail.dat files.

Windmail.dat files is a proprietary attachment format that is used by earlier versions of Microsoft products. Generally, those winmail.dat files are not being sent to “Internet users” (Microsoft’s slang for users outside the Outlook world), though from time to time you still get those winmail.dat files with emails.

With the recent Helpmonks update, our users don’t need to worry about this anymore, as we are now parsing those winmail.dat, into readable attachments.
