We are excited to announce that the Helpmonks [Slack integration](http://slack.com/?ref=helpmonks.com) is now available to all of our customers. The Slack plugin has been tested for a while now by some of our customers and the feedback has been great.

Just as with our [HipChat plugin](https://helpmonks.com/blog/get-notified-of-new-emails-in-hipchat-from-helpmonks/) the Slack plugin will notify you of incoming emails in your prefered channel automatically.
