We are well on the road to completing the re-design of Helpmonks and have just finished a few significant milestones. As a fact, with this release note, we believe that the new Helpmonks UI is **fully production-ready**.

That said, we **re-factored how we load the emails** in your folders. However, it’s **135% faster** to load emails and adds a convenient option for you to **sort your emails** in multiple ways.

We also now have the **advanced search options back** as with the current design. You can access the advanced search options from within the **global search** (click on the magnifying glass icon or use CTRL+/ or CMD+/). The advanced search options are also enabled to click on “show more search results.” You can also bring up the advanced search with the ALT+/ shortcut.

Besides, composing a new email will show additional writing information in the right-side panel. Furthermore, we fixed or enhanced many parts all over Helpmonks based on feedback from our users.
