One of the most useful benefits of a system like [Helpmonks](https://helpmonks.com/) is that it combines customer requests or support enquiries in one central location for your whole team to collaborate upon.

With this in mind, we created a **integration plugin for Github**. With the plugin installed, you can create issues in Github with one single click from any email within Helpmonks. Helpmonks then displays a link to your Github issue in the right pane, where you can quickly jump to the issue page in Github.

The created Github issue will then have a link back to the email conversation in Helpmonks.
