Options for the Spellchecker
While we have been quite busy during the summer months and implemented quite a lot of changes for your shared inbox, we spent way too little time informing you about our progress (pro tip: You can get real-time updates on the Helpmonks Roadmap). While we plan to write more, here is the latest enhancement.
As of this weekend, you can change several options of the Spellchecker. Options range from how the Spellchecker should check your message, e.g., to check domain names or check works that are written in all-caps.
Last but not least, you can now also set the default language for the Spellchecker or disable it altogether.
You can find the settings for the Spellchecker in your profile pages.
We are very close to releasing Team's To-Do for your shared inbox, which allows adding one or several To-Do's for a conversation and even assigns each To-Do to someone else. Stay tuned for another announcement this week.
