New in Helpmonks: Variables and attachments in saved-replies and auto-reply

Hot on the heels of the brand new Dashboard in Helpmonks, we are announcing that you can now add dynamic variables, inline images and attachments to the saved-replies and the auto-reply. Furthermore, we've added additional variables for the signature.

The available variables are the email address, first name, last name, and the full name of the sender and upon a reply also from the person who is replying. Also, you have a variable for the email address and the name of the mailbox.

Signatures already had some variables available, nevertheless we added the new variables to the signatures now too, so that you will have the same variables available everywhere.

In addition, we've added the option to add inline signatures and attachments to the saved-replies and the mailbox auto-reply. This allow you to set up a workflow to send a saved-reply as auto-reply and send the sender an attachment at the same time.

What's next?

We are rounding up some internal code cleanup and will add some API enhancements and other changes based on the feedback we've received regarding the new Dashboard. At the same time, we are working on getting closer to a release date for the Group / Workgroup option.
