New editor brings option to add attachments and inline images

It’s been a while since we’ve posted an update here, but the Helpmonks team has been incredibly busy bringing you all kinds of enhancements. To that end, we are extremely excited to announce that we just added the option to add attachments and inline images within Helpmonks.

However, we did not stop there. We are also introducing a brand new editor today. The editor brings a lot of enhancements and allows you to insert your attachments by simply dragging them from your desktop to the editor. The same can be done with inline images. Additionally, you can create links to videos and files.

On top of that, formatting text has been greatly enhanced as you can now add different styles to your text, add tables, create lists and more.

Last but not least, saved replies (canned responses) are now available in a convenient drop down menu can can be inserted at any point in your text.
