New in Helpmonks: Summary of assigned emails and detail view enhancements
We just released two exciting new updates for Helpmonks — a summary of assigned emails and emails in the conversation view are now collapsible.
Summary of assigned emails
Assigning emails to team members is one of the most used functionalities in Helpmonks. Hence we are sure you will like that you will now have a summary of assigned emails on within your “Assigned (to others)” folder.
Conversation view enhancement
A conversation can sometimes become very long with status messages, notes and replies. As of today, all emails within the conversation view are now collapsed. The exception to this is the most recent reply.
Collapsed messages show a short excerpt and by clicking on it will expand to show the whole message. You will also find an option to expand or collapse all messages simultaneously on top.
