New in Helpmonks: Adding attachments and images to notes

Welcome to 2018! We have many enhancements and features planned for this year. More on this in another post. For now, we are kicking off, 2018 with one of the most requested feature.

As of immediately, you can add attachment and inline images to notes.

Just like when you compose a reply, you now have the attachment and the image option available to the editor.

Click on the attachments icon to add as many attachments to a note as you like. The same applies to images. Images are shown as inline images, just like in emails.

Speaking of emails, if you are receiving notifications by email, you will see the inline images in your email and a link to the attachment(s).

We know that many wanted this feature and we are happy to kick off 2018 with making this now available.
