You can now use your Helpmonks mailboxes as an email archive

We are excited to release an option today that lets you use your Helpmonks mailboxes as an Archive. The settings to use a mailbox as an Archive can be found in the Mailbox Settings. When this setting is enabled, the mailbox emails processed for the mailbox will be collected, however, no emails will get sent out to either clients or subscribers. Please note that it is still possible to compose or reply to any messages in Helpmonks. Hence, you could potentially still discuss emails internally with your team, but no emails will be sent out. To change the archive setting for a mailbox, please navigate to Mailbox Settings -> General -> Miscellaneous Tab, and you’ll find the setting at the bottom of the page as shown below:
